There’s been a lot of talk recently about the incredible CGI ‘Dark Eaters’ in the new Harry Potter trailer. Join us as we follow them on a whirlwind tour of London that you yourselves can re-create (if you live in London). If you don’t live in London, why not take the trip? You can stay with me (you can’t).
STOP 1: TRAFALGAR SQUARE
Take the tube to Charing Cross and visit London’s historic Trafalgar Square. Site of the 1805 Battle of Trafalgar, the Death Eaters choose this as their first destination, and why not? They can have a bite to eat, take in culture at the National Gallery or just sit by the fountains and relax.
STOP 2: CHARING CROSS ROAD
Just a short walk (or ominous fly) from Trafalgar Square, Charing Cross Road offers a wide variety of attractions, from the prestigous National Portrait Gallery to the road’s many book shops. The curved formation of the road makes it perfect for daring Death Eaters eager to practice their sharp turns.
STOP 3: THE CITY
Hop back on the tube and head east for London’s high-flying City. You’ll be sure to bring office workers to their windows as you swoop around the many architectural treasures of the area, just don’t tell anyone you’re a banker! (Just a little joke for you there)
STOP 4: MILLENIUM BRIDGE
A short walk down the river will bring you to our final destination, the iconic Millenium Bridge. Both sides have much to offer, with a selection of major galleries as well as the Globe Theatre to the south, and the historic St. Pauls Cathedral to the north. And as London’s newest river crossing, you can be sure that you’re in for a secure journey.
